نقدم تطوير البرمجيات حسب الطلب، وأنظمة ERP والمستشفيات والصيدليات ونقاط البيع، وتطبيقات الويب والجوال، وأتمتة الأعمال، وتركيب كاميرات المراقبة وأنظمة الأمن. يُحدَّد نطاق كل مشروع وسعره وجدوله في عرض سعر أو عقد مكتوب.

شروط الخدمة
تنظم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع alosmanii.com والتعامل مع العثماني للحلول الرقمية (الخرطوم، السودان). عند توقيع عقد أو عرض سعر لمشروع محدد، تُقدَّم بنود ذلك العقد على هذه الشروط عند التعارض.

استخدام الموقع
محتوى الموقع للمعلومات العامة. يُمنع استخدام الموقع أو نموذج التواصل لإرسال محتوى مسيء أو رسائل مزعجة أو محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل الخدمة.
عروض الأسعار والدفع
عروض الأسعار صالحة للمدة المذكورة فيها. تُدفع المشاريع عادة على مراحل: دفعة مقدمة لبدء العمل، ثم دفعات عند تسليم كل مرحلة متفق عليها. قد يؤدي التأخر في الدفع إلى إيقاف العمل مؤقتا حتى السداد.
التزامات العميل
يلتزم العميل بتوفير المعلومات والبيانات والصلاحيات اللازمة في الوقت المناسب، ومراجعة المراحل المسلمة خلال المدة المتفق عليها. تأخر ذلك قد يغير جدول التسليم.
الملكية والترخيص
في المشاريع المطورة خصيصا، تنتقل ملكية ما طُوِّر للعميل أو يُمنح ترخيص استخدامه وفق العقد بعد سداد كامل المستحقات. تبقى أنظمتنا الجاهزة (مثل نظام علي والصيدلية الذكية وتجارتك) والمكونات العامة التي نعيد استخدامها ملكا للعثماني، ويحصل العميل على ترخيص استخدام.
الدعم والضمان
نصلح الأخطاء البرمجية المكتشفة في النطاق المسلَّم خلال فترة الضمان المذكورة في العقد. الإضافات والتعديلات خارج النطاق تُسعَّر بشكل منفصل. أجهزة كاميرات المراقبة مشمولة بضمان الشركة المصنعة، وأعمال التركيب بضمان نحدده في عرض السعر.
حدود المسؤولية
نبذل عناية مهنية معقولة، لكننا لا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة مثل فوات الأرباح أو فقدان البيانات الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو انقطاع الكهرباء أو الشبكة أو غياب النسخ الاحتياطي لدى العميل. لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا في أي مشروع المبلغ المدفوع لنا عن ذلك المشروع.
الاسترداد والإلغاء
تخضع طلبات الاسترداد والإلغاء لسياسة الاسترداد المنشورة على الموقع.
القانون المطبق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية السودان. نسعى لحل أي خلاف وديا أولا، وإلا يُحال إلى المحاكم المختصة في الخرطوم.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of alosmanii.com and your dealings with Al Osmani Digital Solutions (Khartoum, Sudan). When a signed contract or quote exists for a specific project, its terms take precedence over these terms where they conflict.

Services
We provide custom software development, ERP, hospital, pharmacy and POS systems, web and mobile apps, business automation, and CCTV and security camera installation. Each project's scope, price, and schedule are set in a written quote or contract.
Website use
Site content is for general information. You may not use the site or contact form to send abusive content or spam, or to attempt to breach or disrupt the service.
Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Projects are usually paid in stages: an advance payment to start work, then payments on delivery of each agreed milestone. Late payment may pause work until it is settled.
Client responsibilities
The client provides the information, data, and access needed on time, and reviews delivered milestones within the agreed period. Delays on either may shift the delivery schedule.
Ownership and licensing
For custom-built projects, ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client, or a license to use it is granted, as set in the contract once all fees are paid. Our ready-made systems (such as Ali HMS, Smart Pharmacy, and Tejartk) and reusable general components remain Al Osmani's property, and the client receives a license to use them.
Support and warranty
We fix software defects found in the delivered scope during the warranty period stated in the contract. Additions and changes outside the scope are quoted separately. CCTV hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and installation work by a warranty we state in the quote.
Limitation of liability
We exercise reasonable professional care, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, or for data loss caused by misuse, power or network outages, or missing client-side backups. Our liability for any project does not exceed the amount paid to us for that project.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund and cancellation requests are governed by the refund policy published on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably first; otherwise it is referred to the competent courts in Khartoum.
